  1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
  • Any sign of use, damage by customer, or missing items will void return eligibility
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color or leather texture variations (natural leather behavior)
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Custom or discounted items (if applicable)
  1. Refund Policy
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Larkville
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Exchange is allowed for size/design issues (subject to stock availability)
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers may bear courier charges unless the issue is from our side
  1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
  • To cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order
