You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- Any sign of use, damage by customer, or missing items will void return eligibility
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or leather texture variations (natural leather behavior)
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Custom or discounted items (if applicable)
- Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from Larkville
- Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed for size/design issues (subject to stock availability)
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Customers may bear courier charges unless the issue is from our side
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- To cancel, contact us immediately after placing your order
